Dr. Benohanian has been treating Hyperhidrosis since 1978. During that time he has been a pioneer on a number of developments. He has developed a new formulation of a topical aluminium chloride that he now implements in his practice.

He is also currently working on the development of a needle free injection device, the MED-JET by MIT Canada, a subsidiary of Medical International Technology USA ) that could be used to deliver anaesthesia for patients preparing to be treated with BOTOX® or to inject BOTOX® directly.

Dr. Benohanian has published extensively in various peer reviewed journals. The specific disease areas of publication include hyperhidrosis, bromhidrosis, phototherapy, psoriasis and vitiligo.
